Nancy Jo's uses a "Print-on-Demand" model which means your products are printed and shipped after you place your order. This helps keep costs down for the business and the customer.
How can custom orders be placed?
At this time Nancy Jo's is not providing custom orders. This may change in the future, so check in often.
How long will my purchase take to ship?
Once your order is placed, your product will spend 1-2 days in production and then be shipped. Average shipping time is 2-7 days.
Where are products shipped from?
Nancy Jo's Designs to Ponder has teamed up with Printify to bring designs to life. Once Nancy Jo creates the design (from her home in Arkport, NY); the production of the design is done by one of the many qualified print-providers in the USA that contracted with Printify.
How much is shipping?
For any orders of $50 or more shipping is FREE. Orders less than $50 have a flat shipping rate of $3.99 regardless of weight. Be sure to join Nancy Jo's VIP Facebook group to receive special discounts only available to group members.
What is the return policy?
Nancy Jo's is certain you will love your purchase; however, in the event of a manufacturing error or a defective product, you can request a free reprint or a full-refund. You must contact Nancy Jo's via email at nsmallwood26@gmail.com to request a refund. Your request must be received within 30-days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.
Refunds are not permitted if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size or color. This is because all orders are printed upon request and cannot be restocked. Nancy Jo's tees are true to size and it is suggested that you order your usual shirt size. If you like your tees to fit oversized, size up. If you like your tees to be a snug, size down. If you are uncertain on what size to order Nancy Jo's is more than happy to help you determine your perfect size.
